Yeah the final score per WCYB was 51-48, don't know where 60-56 came from, maybe channel 5 had it wrong.
Don't put your faith in the accuracy of channel 5 sports.
I think that actual score was 61-58, but who knows

It really makes a body appreciate the 30-0 season the ladies from JJK had awhile back ago. It is so dang hard to go undefeated in basketball. Great feat no doubt for a very young coach there at Norton. Not many folks can say that at 28 years old they have coached in a state title tilt. No doubt he has done his daddy proud. Again great season Lady Raiders. We all are proud of you here in SWVA.
I did the best I could with the Radio, Not only was the signal ****, those guys that announce seem to forget to say sometimes which team scores. Which would be easy if they would call out more names.
I thought Burton was down by 1, with 40 seconds to go, Then Surry took it and scored making them down by 3 then Burton Shot a 3 missed it. Surry got it, was fouled, then the girl who was fouled made her first free throw and missed the 2nd making it a 4 point game... I could easily have been wrong thogh. All i know for sure is Burton Lost
